Privacy policy

USB Direct respects your privacy.  The information and any attachments you may send us may contain legally privileged, proprietary and confidential information that is intended for our eyes only. Upon the date of engagement of communications with USB Direct, any information we collect from a registered user or other visitor is confidential.  We do not give out or sell your information.  Please note that this privacy policy does not govern the collection and use of information by companies that USB Direct does not control, nor by individuals not employed or managed by USB Direct.  If you visit a web site that we mention or link to, be sure to review its privacy policy before providing the site with information.

It is always up to you whether to disclose personally identifiable information to us, although if you elect not to do so, we reserve the right not to register you as a user or provide you with any products or services.  "Personally identifiable information" means information that can be used to identify you as an individual, such as, for example:  Your name, company, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address, as well as your computers domain name and IP address.

If you do provide personally identifiable information to us, either directly or through a reseller or other business partner, we will:  Not sell or rent it to a third party without your permission, although we may use your contact information to provide you with information we believe you need to know or may find useful, such as news about our products and services and modifications to the Terms of Service; Take commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction; Not use or disclose the information except as necessary to provide services or products you he ordered, such as by providing it to a carrier to deliver products you have ordered; Not use or disclose the information except as required by law, for example, in response to a subpoena or search warrant; Not use or disclose the information except to outside auditors who have agreed to keep the information confidential; Not use or disclose the information except as necessary  to enforce the Terms of Service; Not use or disclose the information except as necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of USB Direct, its users, or others; this may include (for example) exchanging information with other organizations for fraud protection and/or risk reduction.

Other information we collect

We may collect other information that cannot be readily used to identify you, such as (for example) the domain name and IP address of your computer. We may use this information, individually or in the aggregate, for technical administration of our Web site(s); research and development; customer- and account administration; and to help us focus our marketing efforts more precisely.

USB Direct uses “cookies” to store personal data on your computer. We may also link information stored on your computer in cookies with personal data about specific individuals stored on our servers. We reserve the right to change this privacy policy as we deem necessary or appropriate because of legal compliance requirements or changes in our business practices. Shipping

All sales are shipped FOB from our warehouse. All shipments will go via cost effective courier without declared value, unless otherwise specified. For all third party shipments, it is the responsibility of the invoiced customer to verify the quantity, quality and accuracy of the goods delivered, prior to any decorating.

Terms

All first time orders will be shipped COD (Cash On Delivery) Terms are net 30 days after approved credit Other means of payment include VISA, MASTERCARD, CERTIFIED CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER, CASH OR via PAYPAL

Penalties will be applied to all accounts past due 30 days at the rate of 2% per month (24% per annum) on the outstanding balance. We will withhold all shipments without notification on past due accounts. NSF cheques will incur a $25 handling charge. Prices are subject to change without notice.

For best results, follow the label care instructions. Actual shrinkage will depend upon care. For minimum shrinkage, initially wash in cold water and hang to dry. Fabric Colours

Returns

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#) All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, and no returns will be accepted after 10 days of shipment. Claims for shortage, damage, or any other discrepancy must be made within 5 days of invoice date and will be shipped back to our warehouse at our expense. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Decorated USBs will not be accepted for any reason. 

Samples

Custom Options

Our custom program offers a wide selection of styles, fabrics and colours. Please call for specific style options, pricing and delivery times. Private labeling and blister packaging is available on minimum quantities of 500 pieces, at a nominal cost.
